Dr. Jules Nolan is a Licensed Psychologist, Nationally Certified School Psychologist, and President of the Minnesota School Psychology Association.
Along with 32 Licensed School Counselors in Phoenix School Counseling, Dr. Nolan supports school staff, faculty, and administrators for 34 Catholic schools in the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota.
An expert in mental health, parenting, and child/adolescent development, she provides guidance for parents and support for teachers through individual and group consultation and professional development.
Her published works include Real World, Real Challenges: Adolescent Issues in Contemporary Society, a college textbook on adolescent development, as well as various journal and popular press articles on student resilience, achievement, classroom behavior, parenting, and mental health.
She believes that parent and educator self-care is the foundation of effective education.
