    Registration for the 2022/2023 School Year

    2022/2023 Information Flyer

    Knight Watch School Age Child Care offers St. Odilia students grades K-8 a safe and creative before and after school experience. Students are given opportunities to socialize, play, create, exercise and learn. Before School care opens at 7:00 am and students are offered breakfast at 8:40 am before heading off to class. After School students are offered a healthy snack and given time to play or do homework. The after-school care program is open until 5:30 pm during the school year. 

    Families can choose their own schedule for before and after school care by selecting a regular or varied schedule. Varied schedules must be sent at least a week in advance to secure a spot. Schedules should be emailed to knightwatch@stodilia.org. There is a $100.00 non-refundable family registration fee billed through TADS.

    School Year Cancellation Policy
     
    You will be billed for the days you have registered for unless a 48 hour notice is given via email to knightwatch@stodilia.org or if your child is excused from school due to illness.
     
     
    Billing
     
    Knight Watch uses TADS for billing. You will be billed on the first of each month (for the previous month), with payment due on the 15th of each month. All questions related to billing or TADS should be directed to Jane Willkom at jane.willkom@stodilia.org

    $100 Family Registration Fee
    $12 Per Session
    $45 Per Release Day (fee includes breakfast - lunch - snack)

    School Release Days
     
    Knight Watch is open 7:00 am-5:30 pm on school release days. The fee is $45.00 per day plus any field trip costs. breakfast, hot lunch and snack are all included in the daily fee. All costs are billed through TADS. On-line registration is required. Registration is available online 2 - 3 weeks in advance. Late registrations for school release days may be accepted but a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.

    sun Knight Watch Summer Program

    A fun summer camp experience filled with friends and activities for students entering grades 1 - 5 for the 2023/2024 school year. Registration is open to registered St. Odilia School families. Summer hours will be 7:00am to 5:30pm. Register before April 3.
