Requesting an at Home Test Kit

The Minnesota Department of Health has provided all schools in the state of Minnesota BinaxNOW over-the-counter at-home rapid antigen self-test kits for students experiencing COVID-like symptoms.
Once the request is received, the health office will send an email when the test kit is available for pick up at school. You can then pick it up at the security window in the main entrance.
