In light of the Parish Mission Statement and founded on its vision, especially as it calls us to “be persistent in charity and justice and to extend ourselves to meet diverse human needs,” the Social Justice Ministry Area Council takes as its Mission Statement: 

To engage the parish community of St. Odilia and each of its members in the social mission of the Church, bringing forth the reign of God and responding to pressing social needs by raising awareness through education, and by evoking and supporting personal involvement on behalf of justice.
